This air filter cover can be attached to Takegawa air filters to further enhance their dust protection capabilities.
By adopting a precise polyester mesh for the filter cover, it helps to prevent mud, sand, and other debris from entering the filter.
Furthermore, since this filter cover does not significantly impede the intake efficiency when installed, there is no need for carburetor readjustment.
The Takegawa logo is printed on the end of the filter cover.
Cannot be installed on the round straight type of Takegawa Type-1/Type-2 air filters.
This filter cover does not provide complete waterproofing.
Regular maintenance (cleaning) is required.
