This reinforced damper employs an oil damper system and an original damper structure that varies the damping force characteristics during extension and compression, thereby improving road-holding ability as well as absorbing impacts from the road surface, allowing you to enjoy stable winding roads.

■ Detailed Description
SP Takegawa's original reinforced damper is completely different from a steering damper.
SP Takegawa's reinforced damper uses different damping forces for compression and extension.
This allows for optimal damping force characteristics for the front fork stroke.
Unlike products that use steering dampers from other companies, which have a constant damping force for both compression and extension, this product enables operation suitable for road conditions.
Some reinforced dampers for stock forks from other companies may use steering dampers, but in this case, the damping force for extension and compression is almost constant, making them unsuitable for assisting the front forks. When driving on uneven roads, the damping on the compression side can cause the front forks to bottom out, making stable driving impossible.
SP Takegawa's original reinforced damper was developed exclusively for stock front forks, varying the damping force characteristics for both extension and compression, enabling operation suitable for the stroke of the stock front forks.
The damper body is made of highly durable stainless steel that is resistant to rust, and the steel mounting bracket is black painted.
The stylish design enhances the custom image of the vehicle when installed.
Can be installed simultaneously with SP Takegawa's Front Carrier Kit and Emblem Kit.
