Each aluminum swingarm comes with a dedicated brake rod for the rear drum brake.
Recommended Rear Shock Length and Wheels
・4cm longer: 265mm / 280mm standard wheels / Takegawa aluminum wheels 8 inch (up to 3.5J)
*While 265mm rear shocks can be installed, simultaneous installation of Takegawa forged aluminum brake arm 06-08-303 and some modification to the rear fender will be required.
・8cm longer: 280mm Takegawa aluminum wheels 8 inch (up to 3.5J)
・12cm longer: 305mm Takegawa aluminum wheels 10-12 inch (up to 3.5J)
・16cm longer swingarm: 330mm Takegawa aluminum wheels 10-12 inch (up to 3.5J)
*Since the swingarm length will be changed, the drive chain must be changed to match the new swingarm length.
*When installing simultaneously with a rear disc brake kit, modification to the panel stopper will be required.
*Depending on the rear wheel size and rear brake specifications, the method for centering the wheel may differ, and separately sold wheel spacers may be required.
