This is a floating disc rotor that can be installed with the normal front caliper.
During braking, if heat is generated in the rotor body, the precision of the friction surface can decrease, potentially leading to a drop in disc rotor performance.
By making it a floating type, the effects of thermal distortion are minimized, and stable braking performance is achieved.
Compared to a normal disc rotor, this floating disc rotor has a lightweight rotor body because the hub is made of aluminum.
Furthermore, the wave shape of the rotor contributes to weight reduction and improved heat dissipation.
The friction surface of the floating disc rotor is made of rust-resistant and highly durable stainless steel.
The aluminum hub is black anodized, enhancing the custom look of the front end.
