This backstep kit offers excellent functionality, allowing for a comfortable riding position in a wide range of situations, from street riding to sport riding.
Position changes are achieved with a 4-position plate that allows the footrest position to be moved, and 2-position left and right pedal arms that allow the toe position to be set during braking and gear changes.
By adjusting these, you can set your preferred riding position.

■ Detailed Description
Traditional backsteps often prioritize visual appearance, and due to complex combinations of parts, many products cause the step position to protrude excessively from the outside of the vehicle.
When the step position moves outward, the vehicle's maneuverability tends to worsen, and this effect can be significantly felt on small vehicles such as the Monkey 125 (JB02).
SP Takegawa, however, maintains an optimal riding position even when the backstep is installed, by arranging each movable part and base plate so that the step position does not protrude outward, allowing for installation on the vehicle.
This enhances the sense of grip with the vehicle and makes it easier to support the vehicle with your feet.
● All-aluminum machined backstep parts
High-rigidity, lightweight aluminum parts are machined and given a beautiful color anodized finish with excellent corrosion resistance.
The master cylinder holder is black anodized, and all other parts are silver anodized.
By using these two anodized colors and emphasizing the three-dimensional feel of the step area, the presence of the custom parts is enhanced when installed on the vehicle.
● Uses interchangeable left and right parts
Even if parts are damaged due to a fall, the footrest, pedal arm, and step plate are common to both left and right, so a single repair part can be used for both sides.
This makes it easier to deal with problems that occur during riding, making it recommended for circuit riding.
● Carefully designed footrest
The footrest features intricate and delicate machining, resulting in a meticulously designed shape that excels in both aesthetics and grip.
A step slider is attached to the footrest end to prevent damage to the asphalt in the event of accidental contact with the road surface during cornering.
● Can install genuine stop lamp switch
A stainless steel stay for installing the genuine stop lamp switch is included.
This allows for safe use even when driving on public roads.
● Simultaneously installable parts
Normal swingarm and SP Takegawa aluminum swingarm can be installed simultaneously.
SP Takegawa R. side cover can be installed simultaneously.
