■Product Description
This oil cooler kit features a #4 blade hose with an optimal outer diameter of φ11mm for small vehicles.

■Detailed Description
The oil cooler body is secured under the frame using an oil cooler stay and clamp band.
Oil is extracted by installing the included oil cooler unit onto the oil filter cover of SP Takegawa special clutch covers (with various filters) or dry clutches (Type 2).
●Blade Hose #4
This nylon blade hose has an optimal outer diameter of φ11mm for small vehicles.
Moreover, with an inner diameter of φ5.6mm, it reduces the burden on the oil pump.
The nylon blade hose is lightweight and flexible, offering excellent freedom of routing.
When installed, the black blade hose enhances the vehicle's appearance.
●Compact Cool Body
The cooler body employs the Compact Cool system, which offers excellent cooling performance.
Installing an oil cooler helps suppress the rise in oil temperature associated with engine bore-up.
An oil cooler plate and guard are standard equipment.
The Compact Cool body is available in 3-fin/4-oil line and 4-fin/5-oil line options.

*Regarding simultaneous installation with SP Takegawa normal, regular, R-Stage, R-Stage EM/+D, 17R-Stage E/+D head tappet breathers, only the 3-fin oil cooler body can be installed simultaneously with the tappet breather.
*Simultaneous installation with other tappet breathers is not possible. If a head breather is required, please purchase a cylinder head cover with a breather pipe. (3-fin/4-fin can be installed simultaneously)
*Regarding simultaneous installation with the tappet breather included in the SP Takegawa Super Head 4V+R head kit, if the oil cooler body is installed under the frame, only the 3-fin oil cooler body can be installed simultaneously with the included tappet breather.
*Simultaneous installation of DOHC4V/4V+D head, Desmo 4V head, and SP Takegawa oil cooler body (when installed under the frame) is not possible.
*Installation requires bending or cutting the harness ring welded to the frame.
*When using a normal front fork, simultaneous installation with the SP Takegawa steering damper kit is not possible.
*When this product is installed, simultaneous installation of a normal muffler and an up-muffler is not possible.
*This product is for vehicles equipped with SP Takegawa special clutch (sand-cast, die-cast, TYPE-R WET/DRY) or dry clutch (Type 2 ver.1/ver.2). It can also be installed on the special clutch (die-cast) used in SP Takegawa complete engines (primary type).
*For vehicles equipped with SP Takegawa special clutch (die-cast), simultaneous installation of an oil hole plug or thermostat unit is not possible. Simultaneous installation will lead to serious engine trouble.
*Please add approximately 40cc of oil for 3-fin and approximately 60cc for 4-fin to the normal specified oil quantity.
