■Product Description
Oil cooler kit using blade hose #4 with an outer diameter of φ11mm, ideal for small vehicles.

■Detailed Description
The oil cooler body is secured under the frame using an oil cooler stay and clamp band.
Oil is taken out by attaching a banjo and banjo bolt to the oil outlet on SP Takegawa's special clutch cover (die-cast).
●Blade Hose #4
This nylon blade hose has an outer diameter of φ11mm, ideal for small vehicles.
Additionally, with an inner diameter of φ5.6mm, it reduces the burden on the oil pump.
Nylon blade hoses are lightweight and flexible, offering excellent freedom in routing.
When installed, the black blade hose enhances the vehicle's appearance.
●Compact Cool Body
The cooler body uses a compact cool, which offers excellent cooling performance.
Installing an oil cooler can suppress oil temperature rise due to engine bore-up.
Oil cooler plate and guard are standard equipment.
The compact cool body is available in 3-fin/4-oil line and 4-fin/5-oil line options.

*Regarding the simultaneous installation of SP Takegawa normal, regular, R-Stage, R-Stage EM/+D, and 17R-Stage E/+D head tappet breathers: only 3-fin oil cooler bodies can be installed simultaneously with tappet breathers.
*Other tappet breathers cannot be installed simultaneously. If a head breather is required, please purchase a cylinder head cover with a breather pipe (3-fin/4-fin can be installed simultaneously).
*Regarding the simultaneous installation of the tappet breather included with SP Takegawa Super Head 4V+R head kit: if the oil cooler body is installed under the frame, only 3-fin oil cooler bodies can be installed simultaneously with the included tappet breather.
*DOHC4V/4V+D head and Desmo 4V head cannot be installed simultaneously with SP Takegawa oil cooler body (when installed under the frame).
*For installation, it is necessary to bend or cut the harness ring welded to the frame.
*In the case of normal front forks, simultaneous installation with SP Takegawa steering damper kit is not possible.
*Applies to vehicles equipped with SP Takegawa special clutch (die-cast). Can also be installed on special clutches (die-cast) used in SP Takegawa complete engines (primary type).
*When equipped with SP Takegawa special clutch (die-cast), either an oil hole plug or a thermostat unit must be installed simultaneously.
*For oil volume, add approximately 40cc for 3-fin and 60cc for 4-fin to the standard specified oil volume.
