■Product Description
Oil cooler kit using blade hose #4 with an outer diameter of φ11mm, ideal for small vehicles.

■Detailed Description
The oil cooler body is fixed under the frame using an oil cooler stay and clamp bands.
Oil is extracted from the oil outlet on SP Takegawa's special clutch cover (die-cast) by attaching a banjo and banjo bolt.
●Blade Hose #4
This nylon blade hose has an outer diameter of φ11mm, which is ideal for small vehicles.
In addition, since it uses an inner diameter of φ5.6mm, it reduces the burden on the oil pump.
Nylon blade hoses are lightweight and flexible, offering excellent freedom in routing.
When installed, the black blade hose gives the vehicle a sleeker look.
●Compact Cool Body
The cooler body uses a compact cool design, which offers excellent cooling performance.
By installing an oil cooler, you can suppress the rise in oil temperature that accompanies engine bore-up.
An oil cooler plate and guard are standard equipment.
The compact cool body is available in 3-fin 4-oil line and 4-fin 5-oil line options.

※Regarding simultaneous installation of SP Takegawa's Normal/Regular/R Stage/R Stage EM/+D/17R Stage E/+D Head tappet breather, only the 3-fin oil cooler body can be installed simultaneously with the tappet breather.
※Other tappet breathers cannot be installed simultaneously. If a head breather is required, please purchase a cylinder head cover with a breather pipe. (3-fin/4-fin can be installed simultaneously)
※Regarding simultaneous installation of the tappet breather included with SP Takegawa's Super Head 4V+R Head Kit, when installing the oil cooler body under the frame, only the 3-fin oil cooler body can be installed simultaneously with the included tappet breather.
※DOHC4V/4V+D Head/Desmo 4V Head and SP Takegawa oil cooler body (when installed under the frame) cannot be installed simultaneously.
※Installation requires bending or cutting the harness ring welded to the frame.
※With normal front forks, simultaneous installation with SP Takegawa's steering damper kit is not possible.
※Target vehicles are those equipped with SP Takegawa's Special Clutch (die-cast). It can also be installed on the Special Clutch (die-cast) adopted in SP Takegawa's Complete Engine (primary type).
※For vehicles equipped with SP Takegawa's Special Clutch (die-cast), either an oil hole plug or a thermostat unit must be installed simultaneously.
※For oil quantity, add approximately 40cc for 3-fin and approximately 60cc for 4-fin to the normal specified oil quantity.
