■Product Description
Ceramic sintered brake pads allow you to experience braking proportional to the amount you grip the lever.
These pads were developed and designed to deliver braking force that increases progressively with the amount of grip, rather than an abrupt, sudden stop, feeling more like gently tightening a silk thread.
Furthermore, to achieve smooth and precise deceleration, we pursued a "comfortable decelerating sensation" where the vehicle decelerates more than the rider perceives.
Since they have less temperature dependence (※1), which is common with racing brake pads, they can be used safely on public roads.
(※1) Refers to the phenomenon where braking effectiveness is not achieved until a certain temperature range is reached.

■Other Precautions
・Brake pads are critical safety parts, so replacement and installation are recommended to be performed by a certified workshop or qualified individual. When performing replacement and installation under your own responsibility, please be sure to record the maintenance details in the maintenance logbook and keep it with the vehicle, as this is mandatory. Please note that our company assumes no responsibility for any accidents caused by defects associated with the replacement.
・Brake-related parts immediately after driving are hot. Please ensure that the pads and rotors are completely cool before performing replacement work.
・Pads contain fibers and may prick your hands. Always wear work gloves when performing replacement work.
・Brake pads are consumables. If the friction material wears down to 2mm, they must be replaced.
・Before replacing brake pads, always confirm that the brake pads are correct for your vehicle. Never install or use them on incompatible vehicles, or modify/process the product.
・When replacing pads, be careful not to allow oil, dust, or other contaminants/foreign matter to adhere to the surface.
・For vehicles with a double disc specification, always replace both left and right brake pads simultaneously.
・When installing (replacing) brake pads, refer to the service manual and check for scratches, ruptures, deformation, or abnormal friction material on the rotors, brake hoses, etc.
・After replacing brake pads, perform sufficient break-in driving until the sliding surfaces make uniform contact. Immediately after replacement, the pad and rotor wear surfaces may not be in full contact, so the original braking force may not be achieved.
・When replacing, simultaneously inspect brake fluid (oil), calipers, rotors, etc. The performance of brake pads is greatly affected by the quality of caliper maintenance, so if there are any defects or problems, promptly take appropriate action.
・Using pads that have exceeded their wear limit can damage the rotors and lead to accidents, so regularly check the remaining pad material and for any other damage. If any abnormality is found, it is extremely dangerous, so stop using them immediately.
・Exercise extreme caution to prevent impacts such as dropping the brake pads. Such impacts can cause damage to the product, preventing it from achieving its original braking performance, and in some situations, can lead to accidents. Handle with extreme care.
・Sintered grip pads should not be used with cast iron discs (rotors).
