■Product Description
Ceramic sintered brake pads that provide braking power proportional to how hard you squeeze the lever.
These pads were developed and set to provide braking power that increases gradually as you squeeze, rather than an abrupt, sudden stop, like "tightening a silken thread."
Furthermore, to achieve smooth deceleration exactly as desired, we pursued "pleasant deceleration," where the motorcycle decelerates more than the rider perceives.
Since there is little temperature dependency (※1), which is common in racing brake pads, you can use them with confidence on public roads.
(※1) This means that the braking power will not be exerted until a certain temperature range is reached.

・Brake pads are critical safety parts, so we recommend that replacement and installation be performed by a certified workshop and qualified personnel. When performing replacement and installation at your own discretion, it is mandatory to record the maintenance details in the inspection and maintenance record book and keep it with the vehicle. Please note that we will not be held responsible for any accidents caused by defects resulting from the replacement.
・Brake-related parts immediately after driving are hot. Please ensure that the pads and rotors are completely cool before performing replacement work.
・Pads contain fibers and may prick your hands. Always wear work gloves when performing replacement work.
・Brake pads are consumables. If the friction material wears down to 2mm, be sure to replace them.
・Before replacing the brake pads, always confirm that the brake pads and vehicle are compatible. Do not install, use, modify, or process the product for applications other than the applicable vehicle.
・When replacing the pads, be careful not to get oil, dust, or other contaminants/foreign objects on the surface.
・For vehicles with a double disc specification, always replace both left and right brake pads simultaneously.
・When installing (replacing) brake pads, refer to the service manual and check for any scratches, ruptures, deformities, or abnormal friction materials on the rotor, brake hose, etc.
・After replacing the brake pads, perform sufficient break-in driving until the sliding surfaces make uniform contact. Immediately after replacement, the pad and rotor wear surfaces are not in complete contact, so the original braking force cannot be obtained.
・When replacing, simultaneously inspect the brake fluid (oil), calipers, rotors, etc. The performance of the brake pads is greatly affected by the quality of caliper maintenance, so if there are any deficiencies or defects, take appropriate action promptly.
・Using pads that have exceeded their wear limit can damage the rotor and lead to accidents, so regularly check the remaining pad material and for any other damage. If any abnormality is found, it is very dangerous, so stop using them.
・Be careful not to subject the brake pads to impact due to dropping, etc. This can cause damage to the product, prevent the original braking ability from being obtained, and potentially lead to an accident depending on the situation. Handle with extreme care.
・Do not use sintered grip pads with cast iron discs (rotors).
